In the madness of moving, painting, decorating and getting settled in a new neighborhood, I realized I completely forgot to post my August Workout Calendar! I’ve been sure to get some type of exercise daily but I did fall off of my July calendar once I didn’t have it posted on my wall (just shows how much I depend on these calendars now!). Anyway, here you go! Of course this will work for the remainder of August or any 3-week period! (Click here for a 4-week calendar and here for a 5-week calendar!)
Feel free to sub in another form of cardio for running (approximately 10 minutes for each mile) if you happen to find this during bad outside weather, if you’re staying out of the gym or if you just don’t like to run! More notes about each workout and a link to download for printing below.
*Notes:
Walk = brisk pace for at least 30 minutes
Hill Walk/Stair Climb, Barre & Yoga = at least 30 minutes, any style/pace
HIIT = at least 20 minutes
