It’s officially summer! I haven’t made many changes to this month’s calendar but I did add in the option to stair climb instead of hill walk since we are able to get out a little more as we phase out of quarantine and because I LOVE stairs! I’ve also moved things around just a bit to mix it up and any workouts that don’t list mileage are 30 minutes long.
