Welcome to part two of my Yoga for Beginners Workshop Series! I usually teach this workshop in one 2-hour block but I’ve decided all of our attention spans for online content would do better in shorter segments so I’m breaking it up. If you missed part one, check it out here.
In part two, we’ll dive into Ujjayi Pranayama which is otherwise known as “Victorious Breath” and the most common breathing practice in yoga class. We’ll also address many common beginner questions while we complete a gentle warm-up.
For part three, we’ll get really solid on Downward Facing Dog, answer more questions and learn Sun Salutations A & B.
